Granola Bars





Ingredients:


  • 1/2 cup peanut butter (almond butter)
  • 1/4 cup coconut oil, melted
  • 1 cup honey (agave)
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1/4 cup flax seed
  • 1 cup whole wheat flour
  • 4.5 cups oats
  • 1/2 cup dark chocolate chips
Directions:

  1. Mix first 3 ingredients 
  2. Add dry ingredients.  
  3. Spread into 8x10 baking pan
  4. Bake at 350 for 18 minutes.
  5. Let cool and cut into bars
