Whole Wheat Pancakes

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup whole wheat flour
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 2 Tbsp coconut oil
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 egg
  • 1 Tbsp honey

Directions:

  1. Whisk together flour, baking powder and salt.
  2. In a glass measuring cup, heat up the milk and coconut oil for 30 seconds and then whisk together.
  3. Add all wet ingredients to dry and mix together.
