- 1 cup whole wheat flour
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 2 Tbsp coconut oil
- 1 cup milk
- 1 egg
- 1 Tbsp honey
Directions:
- Whisk together flour, baking powder and salt.
- In a glass measuring cup, heat up the milk and coconut oil for 30 seconds and then whisk together.
- Add all wet ingredients to dry and mix together.
