Ingredients:
- 1 cup whole wheat flour
- 3 tsp baking powder
- 1 Tbsp dark cocoa
- 1 egg
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/4 cup maple
- 1/2 tsp vanilla
- 4 Tbsp coconut oil
Directions:
- Whisk together dry ingredients.
- Heat milk and coconut oil in glass measuring cup for 30-45 seconds in microwave and whisk together.
- Add wet ingredients to dry and mix.
- Spoon batter in cake pop maker and cook for about 4 minutes.
- Serve as is or with a glaze (whisk together powdered sugar and a little milk).
