- 5 lbs potatoes
- 1 cup sour cream
- 8 oz. cream cheese
- 1/4 tsp salt and pepper
- 1 clove garlic, mashed
- 2 Tbsp butter
- Set oven to 350.
- Peel, chop and boil potatoes until tender.
- Soften cream cheese and butter.
- Drain potatoes when done and blend with remaining ingredients.
- Bake for 30 minutes.
