Ingredients:
- 1⁄2 cup butter, softened
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 3 bananas, finely crushed (for serious and extreme moist and delicious, try 4 bananas)
- 1 1⁄2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1⁄2 teaspoon salt
- Preheat oven to 350º
- Cream butter and sugar together
- Add the bananas and eggs and mix well
- Sift together the dry ingredients
- Add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients
- Grease your baking pan
- Bake for 55 minutes or 40-45 minutes if using a tea cake pan
